In the last 30 years we have lost three quarters of the Arctic ice cap. Greenpeace is fighting to get the area around the Arctic recognized as a protected global sanctuary. We have obtained almost 3 million signatures since 2012, but it takes more than signatures to achieve our goal. On a shoestring budget, we needed to start turning that support into donations to help finance the campaign.
So we created a Pinterest pinboard which acted as an interactive element. Where each comment that was added served to keep threats away virtually on the board and each text message received served to do the same in real life.
